Thank you for purchasing artwork or products from Piebird Studios. Every piece is created and packaged with care. Because much of my work is handmade, original, or created in small batches, please review the policies below.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of original art, prints, and small-run creative pieces, all sales are final. I do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damage (including packaging)

I will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on availability.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package gets lost in transit, I will help you contact the carrier, but I am not responsible for:

• Delayed shipments
• Stolen packages
• Carrier errors
• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order.

Original Artwork

All original pieces are one-of-a-kind. If an original is damaged or lost, I may be able to offer store credit, but I cannot replace the exact piece.

Digital Products (If Applicable)

Digital downloads cannot be refunded once delivered.

I ship artwork and products with care so they arrive safely and beautifully. Here’s what to expect when ordering from Piebird Studios.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 5–7 business days.
Original artwork may require additional time for safe packaging.
I will notify you if there is any delay.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
• Package size
• Package weight
• Your location

I do not currently offer local pickup unless otherwise noted for special events.

Packaging

• Prints are shipped flat with protective backing or in sturdy tubes (depending on size).
• Original artwork is packaged securely with additional protective materials.
• All orders include care instructions when applicable.

Domestic Shipping

All orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the item.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once the order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the buyer.
I cannot replace or refund orders stolen after delivery.
