PIEBIRD POST — TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. THE SUBSCRIPTION Piebird Post is a limited-run mail club from Piebird Studios LLC, currently capped at 25 subscribers as a test run through the end of 2026. You may purchase a 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month term. Your term begins with your first mailing and does not automatically renew — no further charges will occur once your term ends, and you're welcome to purchase again if spots are available.
2. PAYMENT Full payment for your selected term (1, 3, or 6 months) is collected at the time of purchase. This is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription.
3. REFUNDS All sales are final. Once you purchase a 1, 3, or 6-month term, no refunds will be issued, including if you cancel before your first mailing ships. If a mailing arrives damaged, contact us within [7] days and we'll do our best to replace it.
4. SHIPPING Piebird Post ships to [the U.S., Canada, UK and Europe]. We are not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged by the postal carrier once they leave our studio, though we're happy to work with you to try to make it right. Please make sure your shipping address is correct — we can't resend a mailing to a corrected address after it's shipped.
5. CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All artwork, designs, and materials included in Piebird Post are the original work of Piebird Studios LLC and are for personal use only. They may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.
6. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of your subscription after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
